ANITA is 43 years old, lives in Lewiston, Idaho, and is married to Phil (studying for Radiology Tech). She has one son, Josh, 18 years old (attending U of ID). She works in her home as a medical transcriptionist. She has 1 dog (Lily) and 1 cat (Oscar - Mr. Personality). She loves gardening, reading, baking, crochet, beading, scrapbooking, listening to music (wide variety), singing, beginning journaling, camping, and photography.

CARRIE is a 31-years-young mother and wife. She has been married to Kent for 13 yrs. They make their home in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada with their wonderful children Tiara 14, Bryton 12, and Talon 9. They also enjoy the company of a hamster and their lovable pup Barkley. They are a HS family. Carrie loves to scrapbook and read, spend time with her family and friends, camp, and relax. She is very involved with her church, leading worship for Sat. evening and Sunday Morning Worship, and is also actively involved with Ladies Ministry.

ELLEN is a 36-year-old wife of a totally awesome guy, Shayne. She is the mom of 6 really great kids, B-15, G-13, G-13, B-11, B-11, and B-8. No twins, one of the 13yr olds and one of the 11 yr olds are hers by a previous marriage, the other 4 are Shayne's and they have full custody of all 6!!!!!! She lives on a 290 acre farm, where they raise goats, chickens, turkeys, dogs and cats. She loves email, reading, baking goodies for her family, taking long 4 wheeler rides thru the woods with her hubby, and listening to music (especially modern country, praise and worship and 80's rock).

GLENDA, one of RCW's hausmoms, is a stay-at-home homechooling mom of 4--15B, 11G, 8G and 2B. She and her paramdedic hubbie share their Canadian home with their children as well as 1 dog, 3 cats and a guniea pig. Glenda enjoys spending time with her children, reading, writing, schooling, baking, spending time with friends, candling, and even cleaning! She gets much joy out of giving to others and loves to bring smiles to others' faces.

She is mom to seven kids: Joe-17, Katie-15, Shawn-13, Rachel-10, Danny-6, Troy-4, Andy-1. Joe is in college, Katie goes to the local high-school, and the rest of the kids are home-schooled. In addition, they have 2 hermit crabs, "Tolstoy" and "Mannheim" who don't contribute much, but "we love them anyway". When she has time (?) she enjoys reading, volunteering at her church's office, listening to music, collecting coffee mugs and Amish collectables, shopping, and rearranging furniture.

JULIA is a 25-year-old wife, married to her best friend, Michael, her knight in blue jeans, and mommy to their fur-baby, a black domestic-short-haired kitty named Cougar. Her interests and hobbies include writing, reading, music, singing, computers, watching films, going to the theater for plays/musicals, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys being involved in several Yahoo Groups for Newlyweds and Married Couples, that were started by her and her husband, and is excited about their Marriage Ministry. She is an Avon and Mark (meetmark) Representative, and enjoys being a stay-at-home-wife. She has a B.A. in English, and is a freelance writer/proofreader/editor, currently Associate Editor and Couples' Columnist (alongside her husband) for Sacred Intimacy, an inspirational e-zine, as well as Editor-in-Chief and Health/Fitness/Skincare Moderator for MakeupTalk.com. She is also working on several articles for other publications.

They have been married for almost 16 years, and moved to the mid-west from Western NY. They have two large breed puppies, a German shepherd/lab mix named Kodi, and a golden retriever/chow mix named Hudson. She is thankful and blessed to be a stay-at-home mom and considers that her primary ministry. Presently, she serves in women's and small groups ministries at her church, and hopes to start a "Mercy Ministry" this fall. The primary focus of this ministry will include all aspects of support for those experiencing chronic illness or pain, and possibly situational illness or grief, as well. Kate is a dance-mom, and Girl Scout leader, and volunteers frequently in her children's schools. She loves to read and to experiment in the kitchen, and collects books and cookbooks, among other things. To relax, she loves to crochet and do all kinds of other needlework and crafting.

KATHIE lives in Maryland and is a 38-year-old stay at home homeschooling mom of one 9 yo girl; a freelance wedding and portrait photographer, wife of her husband Michael for 14 years. She has 2 furbabies, her Keeshonden dogs. Kathie's hobbies and interests include photography *of course!*, gardening, herbs and natural healing, quilting, sewing, painting, arts and crafts of all kinds such including woodworking, working on her 230+ year old house, singing on the Worship Team at church, computers and computer games, occasionally putting at learning piano and harp, and numerous other interests. LISA, one of the RCW Hausmoms, is a 40-and-fabulous wife of 24 years to cutiepie and former afro-wearer, Steve. Mom to five (23B, 18B, 13B, 11B, 9G) and "Mimi" to a darling little 3YO girl, she is also referree to Shellbe, a 6-month-old mini Dachshund whose favorite activity is dragging lacy underthings all over the house (especially when company is present). Lisa enjoys freelance writing and editing from home, where she also homeschools three of their children (oldest two graduated--May '99, May, '04). She enjoys serving at her church as praise team and special music vocalist and active member of the creative arts team. She loves writing,
spending time with family and friends, leading creative writing groups and workshops, public speaking, reading, the ocean, dance, scrapbooking, her computer, butterflies, hanging out at the Barnes & Noble Cafe, pan pizza, and storms.

MARY just turned 41 and has been married to Leeo for 22 years. It's not been easy, but as she gets older she finds out more and more what's important. She has one son who's crazy about Impalas and music, and at the moment has 9 cats! "We sort of like them!" (grins)
MELISSA is single and living with her parents and a younger brother. She works as a secretary at a building supply company. In her spare time she likes to read, sew, and be with friends. She also enjoys music, crafts, and spoiling her nieces and nephews.

she has four munchkins--her four T's. She is also the mum to a lab pup named Bailey. She is active in her church, helping in AWANAS and their care ministries. She is an avid quilter, proud stay-at-home mum, and an avid reading fanatic :)

She lives in Ocala, Florida with her husband Tim and they have three blessings from God: Amanda 21, Nicholas 14 and Samantha 12. They attend New Testament Baptist Church where they serve on the Discipleship and Hospitality Teams and teach children on Sunday nights. Rhonda works full time outside of the home for a Christian company that does fundraising nationwide for Christian Schools. In her spare time she enjoys studying her bible, spending time with her family and friends , reading, writing, cross-stitch, music, her computer, and walks on the beach.

Her son, Sam, is a child genius in the making, although he looks likely to make a year old with no teeth. Her husband Si is still working, and counting down the years. She is an active participant in the church, and is enjoying immersing herself in the Anglican traditions of the new church. She still reads a lot, as the state of her house can testify, but she blames the mess on having a small son. Sam's favourite thing to do is to take everything out of a box after she's just put it all in. On the whole, she's never been happier.
SHEA, one of the RCW Hausmoms, lives in South Carolina. She is 36 years old, happily married since 8-21-86 to Michael (age 44). She is the home schooling Mommy of Marygrace (age 8), and is also Mom to Kayla (age 19) and mother-in-law to Bobby (age 21) who live in Oklahoma per uncle Sam's orders..(Bobby is in the US Army). They also have a small zoo of 4-legged "babies' with 3 dogs, 1 cat and a very spoiled rabbit who thinks he's a cat. Michael, Shea and Marygrace are all very active at their church and are of the Nazarene denomination. She loves to write, scrapbook, read, listen to music, and hang out with her friends.
